Our Mission
Our mission at Rebel Thriver is to empower and support women survivors of domestic violence on their journey of healing and recovery. Through a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs, we provide resources, education, and a peer-to-peer private community to help survivors reclaim their voices, rebuild their lives, and thrive beyond trauma. By fostering a safe and nurturing environment, we strive to break the cycle of abuse and advocate for systemic change to create a world free from domestic violence.

From Our Founder
Welcome
I, too, am a survivor of domestic violence, and it was my own journey that led me to establish Rebel Thriver. The idea was born from the need I felt for support during the challenging aftermath of leaving an abusive marriage. At Rebel Thriver, we hold a vision of a world where survivors of abuse can reclaim their lives, and we are wholeheartedly dedicated to turning that vision into reality.
Every day, we work closely with survivors within our private online community, providing support, guidance, and a safe space for healing. Your donation holds immense value for us, as it directly transforms the lives of the women we stand beside. Thank you for being a part of our mission, as together, we help others embark on their journey to healing and empowerment.”

In April we Focus on Hope Blooms
Hope Blooms Campaign
The Hope Blooms Campaign is the heartbeat of Rebel Thriver, sustaining our global community, known as the Village, and the critical support we provide. It ensures that survivors of domestic violence have access to a safe and nurturing online haven where they can connect, heal, and find the strength to transform their lives.

Hope Blooms Where Support is Offered
Can you imagine the courage it takes for a woman to leave her abusive partner, only to find herself back there within days because she has no other options?
Domestic violence survivors face heartbreaking recidivism rates. On average, it takes a person 7-8 attempts to leave an abusive relationship for good. Rebel Thriver works to break this cycle by providing a “sanctuary of hope” where survivors can heal, rebuild, and thrive.
“Ten years ago, I was just beginning to climb out of the darkness when I found Rebel Thriver. At the time, I felt lost, broken, and unsure if I could ever rebuild my life. But Rebel Thriver became the light I so desperately needed, guiding me toward healing and hope. Today, my life has transformed. I’m living a life I never thought was possible back then, and I’ll always be grateful for the community that helped me get here.” – Amanda
Why It Matters:
While shelters and local agencies help survivors escape abuse, there’s often a void after they leave. Financial instability,
lack of housing, and emotional isolation can push survivors back into dangerous situations.
Rebel Thriver fills that gap by offering:
- A supportive online community (the Village): A safe space where survivors can share their experiences,
connect with others, and receive peer-to-peer support. - Healing programs: Access to resources and education that empower women to reclaim their lives.
- Sustainable infrastructure: The operational backbone that keeps Rebel Thriver’s doors open to survivors everywhere.
Your Impact:
Every donation to the Hope Blooms Campaign helps us keep the lights on—literally and figuratively.
Your gift allows us to provide free access to the Village and all of our programs, ensuring that no
woman has to face her journey alone.
Here’s the reality survivors face:
- Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the U.S.
- 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime.
- Over 21,000 calls are made to domestic violence hotlines every day.
- Victims of domestic violence lose a total of 8M days of paid work each year.
- The cost of domestic violence exceeds $8.3 Billion per year.

Rebel Thriver is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement of survivors.
Since 2012, we’ve reached millions of women globally, planting seeds of hope and creating a vibrant community
of self-healers who wear the badge of survivor with pride.
We named this campaign Hope Blooms because every day we see women arrive at our door broken,
yet eager to heal and transform their lives—and they do. Their growth is a testament to the strength of
women and the power of community.
This is why we need your help.
Your donation ensures that our “sanctuary of hope” remains safe and secure for survivors who depend on it.
Together, we can keep hope alive and blooming for generations to come.

Setting the Stage for Growth
BLOOM: Nurturing Self Discovery
Join Ella in June!
Embark on a transformative journey to nurture self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment with a small group of like minded women.
Bloom, a transformative coaching program designed to guide women on a journey of healing, self-discovery and empowerment.
In a world shaped by a patriarchal system, women often lack access to the guidance and oversight of female mentors. As a result, many of us navigate life without a clear path to self-understanding and our personal foundations may lack the strength to withstand life’s challenges.
Bloom offers a nurturing space for women to unearth their true selves and connect with their inner wisdom. Through reflective exercises, group discussions, and live coaching sessions, we explore key life areas, empowering you to overcome obstacles and embrace opportunities for growth.
This program is for women ready to invest in their personal development and reclaim their power. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or transformation, Bloom provides a safe and supportive environment to discover your strengths, unleash your potential, and live authentically.
Are you ready to plant the seeds of growth so that you can blossom into your fullest self?

Join the Wildflowers Journey in July
Wildflowers isn’t just a program—it’s an invitation to begin the sacred work of returning to yourself. A journey to reclaim what was lost, buried, or silenced within you, and to transform pain into wisdom, and suffering into strength.
In Wildflowers, we walk alongside the stories of our ancestors, the threads of generational trauma woven into our lives. Trauma may have shaped us, but it does not define us. This journey asks: what if you could become the alchemist of your own story? What if you could take the weight you’ve carried and turn it into a legacy of healing—for yourself, for those who came before you, and for the generations to come?
This is the work of Wildflowers: a return to the divine feminine, a reclaiming of your inner child, and a rediscovery of the wisdom that patriarchy and societal expectations have tried to suppress.
Transformation is rarely gentle. It requires courage to look at the wounds we’ve inherited and endured, to sift through the pain and find the truth waiting beneath. But through this process, something extraordinary happens.
In Wildflowers, you will reconnect with your innate power, guided by the rhythms of womanhood and the wisdom of the divine feminine that flows through us all. You’ll begin to unearth the beauty and strength within you, recognizing that your worth has always been there—untouched and unshaken.
This isn’t just about healing your personal wounds. Wildflowers is about creating a new path forward, rooted in the resilience and wisdom of women. It’s about reclaiming your life and becoming a beacon of light for others who seek to heal.
Like a wildflower breaking through the cracks, you will rise—strong, free, and full of life.

Our Four Pillars for Progress
COMMUNITY
Community is at the heart of Rebel Thriver. We are an active community with large followings on social media: Instagram and Facebook. Most notably, we have our own private online community for women survivors, the “Village”. We are able to offer support groups, classes, mentoring and life coaching, in a private and safe setting, which is paramount for us.
ADVOCACY
It is our goal to advocate for survivors of Domestic Violence and abuse whenever the opportunity opens up. It is our aim to help survivors connect to necessary help in their specific geographical area. We also support any legislation that benefits survivors.
EDUCATION
In order smash the stigma that surrounds DV, we know that education is key. Our aim is to educate the public about what DV is and how it may show up in their lives. We work tirelessly to help survivors understand their own lived experiences, and give them the much needed “tools” to help reconnect to themselves, reclaim their lives, and thrive.
MENTORSHIP
Leading by example is one of the pillars of our existence. We know that survivors who have found their voice and progressed on their own healing journeys are the best role models for other survivors of abuse. Knowing that others have gotten out and reclaimed their lives a powerful example of HOPE that is essential.
